[V4L] Multiple tuner/input boards?

Does anyone know if there are any bt848 or other linux-supported frame
grabber boards out there that have more than 1 video input port? 

Ideally non-multiplexed, but multiplexed would be of use as well, and a
tuner is not required, regular composite is acceptable.
