The standard Miro DC10/DC10Plus use a philips SAA7110 for the analogue
to digital decoding and a ZR36060 jpeg codec. My card uses the VPX3216
and a combination of a ZR36050 and a ZR36016 for the jpeg stuff. This
card is really a cut down DC30 (The board has DC30D printed on it), that
was sold as a DC10.

I have played around with the Unified driver and I think that is where I
may make some progress. I need to find some VPX32XX i2c initialisation
code. The spec sheet doesn't really go into this (albeit only after a
first casual glance), whereas the SAA7110 spec sheet has example i2c
code for different modes - probably the reason why progress has been
made on this chip.

I'm sure I'm not the only one with this card - if anyone else has made
progress I would be grateful to hear from them.

Steve.
