I've seen and talked to that company MatixVision that has one with 4 inputs
and no tuner - But those Idiots want more for it than if you'd get 4 individual
consumer market cards with Tuner that you may never
use ... (about 2.5 times as much )
Besides the obvious advantage that with 4 individual card you could theoreticaly
capture live video from al 4 sources at the same
time and not : Frame Switch... Frame Switch...
