I am deeply sorry if this is somehow offtopic.
I am interested in a multicast mpeg1 player for linux. Well, mostly I need some
advice what is
usefull combination of programs and where to get some real information.
The exact problem I have is :
I do already have some very interesting multimedia players like mtvp,
mpeg_play, avifile, lamp, xanim.
The thing I do _not_ have is something in between multicast enabled network
(and stream there) and
that player.
So, how can I connect already existing multicast audio/video stream to those
players ?
