Yea. This is the rate control. Is supported to help trouble-shooting
avi recording. Noticed this weekend that it can be somewhat annonying
in grabdisplay mode...

No. Will be fixed in the next version.

If you are just watching TV in grabdisplay mode everything is fine.
If you are recording avi movies you should be worried: Your box
can't keep up with the selected frame rate.
