You're probably going to have to _get_ an idea... :-) It's the drivers
for those chips that handle the language switching.   You'll need to
load the appropriate driver for it to work.  Sacrifice your uptime, pull
out the card, and take a look.  :)

(Has anyone considered a PCI-ID database of these cards & the chips that
are on them...?  Would save some of these questions, could even be used
in the driver...?  Or has something like that made it into bttv
already?)
