while profiling an application which uses Video4linux , I had noticed that the bottleneck is
in calling IOCTL WITH VIDIOCSYNC- should it take a long time ?
it takes more than half a second, (and the frame number parameter
passed is 0 or 1) and the other calls tp IOCTL take much less time (less than one tenth).
What could be the reason ? regards John q.
