In my application, I'm moving from a CCD camera (connected to a framegrabber) to a usb Creative Webcam... I'm in trouble converting the
VIDEO_PALETTE_YUV420P buffer into VIDEO_PALETTE_RGB32 ; is there a function one can call to perform such conversion ?
