AverTV USB

Hi, i'm running mandrake 9.1 with kernel 2.4.21-0.13mdk, I have an
AVERTV USB, how can I make it work under linux, Mandrake detects it as
a Creative Webcam.

I need to watch TV and capture Video

anyone has this card working?
