I just add a bt878 TV card in my PC and now I can open
it. However, I still can't watch tv because I can't
get the station. I'm living in HK. I don't know if I
have to adjust the frequancy with xawtv. If yes, is
that I have to change the code in the frequencies
folder and reinstall the xawtv again? I tried all of
the frequency table. It always said that the station
is not found. would you please help me about it?

Propably you did not set the card/tuner options correctly.
Look at CARDLIST in bttv docs.
