The problem for me with youtube is the "irrevocable" part. Even if you
tell them to remove your stuff they aren't obligated because you signed
over so many rights.

You sign away a shitload of rights to youtube. So youtube can do a lot of
stuff with your work, but everyone else still has to follow your CC
license.
