You're talking about using these correct?
<meta name="description" content="foo" />
<meta name="keywords" content="foo" />
This will create invalid HTML if not in the head and some search engines
*may* index them, but I wouldn't count on it.
Perhaps using something like tags, ala Technorati, would be better?
