Hi Bohus I've found the IA slowness problem a major deterrent to watching vids posted there. I know Brewster Kahle and company are getting it sorted, but for now I'm viewing literally no downloads from there.
Regarding blip.tv I've got to say they have the best of the lot, the guys seem very responsive. And they have this cross-posting scheme which makes it easy to upload to multiple services, they get the work-flow concept and are ahead of the pack on that front.
