Hey, Linton, Google "photography release" and you will find some that you can adapt. I would upload my own adapted release but it's evidently only on my big PC box and I'm on the road w/laptop.
Will include a generic release in the Vlog Press Kit as well as through the Yahoogroup home page and Voxmedia wiki as soon as I am able.
