I have Windows XP and I never got such a
warning. Would a warning like that come from Microsoft or from some
program like Spysweeper that you have to protect your system?

You can disregard the warning. There is nothing malicious
in FireANT.
Those warnings pop up whenever something wants to connect to
the
internet, which FireANT needs to do by its nature.
Sorry that if
that seems scary... we'll try to do something to disable
it from provoking
that warning.
