please take Jason's (and Marc's) comments with a grain of salt.
you might try getting an opinion from a real contributor who gets paid 
very low $ for a LOT of posts

or ask for an application (i did once)
and see what they expect of their bloggers (a lot for little)

did you ever notice how well paid magazine writers are?
no? me neither
i doubt that blogging and vlogging will be any different
something most people do on the side and get paid very little for

of course, there will always be exceptions

also, what makes you think weblogsinc does not filter?
