Don't you think Ant for PC and the Ant for Mac postings should somehow be connected so those of us who are "inter-Internet-space travelers" can avoid getting lost in space?
Easily solved: join both the PC FireANT list (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FireANT_for_PC/) AND the Mac list ( http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FireANT_for_Mac/). Problem solved, presto change-o.

Gosh, I'm so happy you got the Mac version done just as I'm about to tackle that new MAC Tiger monster sitting behind me as I send this message on my old Gateway Microsoft XP PC.Now I am going to be dealing with FireANT on both my PC and my Mac. Without being dramatic, I am not expecting a total mental breakdown. However, I expect to suffer from an acute case of "confusionitis".I don't think I am the only person transitioning from the PC world to the Mac world. Two new FireAnt public beta releases in the same week!
Go to http://GetFireAnt.com to download the latest version for Mac OS X.
This new version includes several new features, improvements, and bug
fixes. It is recommended that all current FireAnt users upgrade to the
latest version.
For those who don't know, FireAnt is a video aggregator made by
members of this very videoblogging group. Use FireAnt to subscribe to
RSS 2.0 feeds and automatically download new videos from other
videobloggers as soon as they are published. FireAnt plays *anything*
(Quicktime, Windows Media, Flash, Real). Its fun and its free!
Thanks to everyone who helped us test FireAnt. Your feedback is what
helps us make FireAnt better.
And of course, everyone out there making media... thank YOU!
You are why we do this.
Check the changelist below for a more detailed report of what's new...
Also, please join our FireAnt discussion group. We share tips and
tricks, where to find cool videos, and directly respond to questions,
feedback, and bug repports. As we continue to improve FireAnt, your
feedback and participation is crucial and we love to hear from you.
