Thanks Steve. I really appreciate your posting that link and would encourage everyone else to do the same any time they come across a piece we can respond to with comments or even if we cannot. I wound up writing a "comment" longer than the article making our case for video. Spent a couple of hours writing and honing it. The URL of the page including the article is a bit different now. I can't account for why. Maybe that's just my comment number tagged on the end. Here's how it reads from California now. ; ^ )

These comments can be a great cross promotional vehicle as long as one is making a serious intellectual contribution to the advancement of the subject and not just shamelessly plugging away willy nilly. -- Taylor Barcroft New Media Publisher, Editor, Video Journalist, Video Podcaster Santa Cruz CA, Beach of the Silicon Valley URL http://FutureMedia.org RSS http://feeds.feedburner.com/FutureMedia iTunes http://tinyurl.com/8ql87 barcroft (gizmo) kungax (Skype) kungag5 (iChat-AIM) On Sep 14, 2005, at 4:31 AM, Steve Garfield wrote: > Ken Schapiro says, "Much of the vlog content that I have seen has been > "talking head" content with limited production values.
