There's a problem right now with two major Internet Service Providers that's wreaking a little havoc with some higher bandwidth Web sites.
The best article I've been able to find on the subject is from Tech World: <http://www.techworld.com/opsys/news/index.cfm?NewsID=4531> The upshot is basically that, for the moment, access to some Web sites from some computers is going to be slower and less reliable than ordinarily the case.
