Ultimately your video is pulling from your XML feed, which means you have
access to those numbers already. If you have a Web statistics package in
place on your server you get a reasonable inference of how much traffic
happens through iTunes by comparing the number of downloads you have to the
percentage of traffic originating through the browser type 'iTunes'.

For instance, if your stats indicate 56% of your traffic originates from
iTuens and you show 1000 downloads, you can estimate that 560 of the 1000
downloads came from iTunes. Not a perfect solution, but a solid ballpark
number.
