I would suspect that the BBC should make an announcement soon. I had heard originally that the BBC was going to make announcement today with Apple. That's where the first real leak of a video ipod occurred--they accidentally let it slip somewhere that they would be announcing something to coincide with Apples announcement of a Video iPod.
