Great quote: "Producing interesting video content is really hard" gosh, 
I wonder if he said "Producing interesting audio content is really hard" 
last year. And of course Media analyst Rafat Ali tells us that video is 
more complex that audio, and mentions getting funded. (With a site like 
paidcontent.org what would you expect?) Just one more person who doesn't 
see the potential in something, just dollar signs...

Hard to say. I was pushing for and really hoping that podcasting would 
embrace short-form audio, but it seems like the "people" choose to 
popularize the "show" format, perhaps due to what they were familiar 
with. Maybe most people are used to series from TV, and if they do see 
movies, they are from the majors, not smaller independent films, which 
is where I think much of the videoblogging going on today fits in. 
(Rocketboom has wide appeal, right?)
