One other point that I would like to make about this (minor point 
really) in regards to the Word doc. I would avoid using anything 
other than standard fonts in a Word doc that is going to be mass 
distributed. Word doesn't embed fonts the way Acrobat does, so if 
you use something special like say American Typewriter, then a lot 
of people who open the doc won't see that face, because most people 
don't have that font installed. Stick with fonts like Times, 
Helvetica, Arial, Monoco, Georgia, Trebuchet, Verdana, Courier, 
Brush Script in your Word docs to insure maximum compatibility. All 
really uninteresting choices, I know, but them's the breaks. 

For PDF's it doesn't matter.
