Our vlog was serving seven gigabytes a day recently, and even though I've offloaded most of the content to Ourmedia I still think it's a good idea to keep file sizes under control. Basically I'm trying to keep each episodes a size that people will feel is a reasonable download, while still allowing for reasonable quality.
