I would like to see this too. I just don't want to be the one who gets 
sued, so in the meantime, I will continue to carefully choose what goes 
into my posts, avoiding any music that I don't clearly have the rights 
to use, even if I think it somehow helps the artist. Most music 
publishers aren't interested in helping artists, they're just interested 
in extracting as much money as possible from everyone and everything.
