I think I know the answer to this, since I also use Clint's thing to do Richard's picks (though I didn't set up a separate vlog with feed, though I sort of wish I would have, now).
Anway, Clint's method is really fast, so that you go to the permalink, click on thing in your browser and it automatically posts this to your revlog site, so, I think the answer, is because it's so fast using Clint's thingy, and it would be really cool if you could do it that fast and you could set up a feed to it.
