Hmm.. Well I created my own feed system (although you have to know a bit of some sort of programming language and have a hosted site to do that) .. I've never really looked into options other than feedburner. Feedburner is pretty great once you get it going. They do lots of cool stuff with the simple check of a checkbox. They can offer statistics and such as well which is nice. One option might be to use the RSS feed from ourmedia or blip.tv .... the downside here is that those items link back to the hosting rather than to you blog.
