I would recommend going into the control panel for your feed on Feedburner (click on your feed name and then on the 'optimize' tab) and turn on 'SmartFeed' that might fix it. It's supposed to make your feed compatible with the widest number of feed readers. Also activate SmartCast if you haven't yet, and fill in those forms so at least you know that you are fully iTunes compatible. The one nice thing about Feedburner is that it does a lot of the thinkin' for ya, so you can save your brain cells for other things. Although it's a good thing to understand what's going on with your feed at least on a basic level.
I've never really worried too much about Yahoo. I think my feed works there, at least with Yahoo podcasts. But to be honest I get very little traffic on my feed with Yahoo. 90% is iTunes and the majority of the rest are made up of FireAnt and DTV. I think I have one Yahoo subscriber, so I guess it works.
