essentially, that is often the case with a mov files.... mp4 wrappers.

but, you might consider taking advantage of the quicktime browser plugin if you are concerned about playback experience... you can do a popup window with the video embedded.
i know vb.info has tutorials and also you could try out http://joshkinberg.com/popupmaker/
