You can always add a title card to your videos that invites people to the site to comment. I've been thinking of doing this, and I've seen Crash Test Kitchen doing this too. It would be nice for Apple to include this type of interaction into iTunes but I'm not holding my breath for it. There are a lot of other issues that they would need to address first.
