Well, the way I understand Our Media works, it's volunteer moderators who flag potential copyright-suspicious vids for later attorney review. In other words, let's find out why the vid was pulled directly from some moderator's mouth, and furthermore, invite an attorney to address this.
Don't know how Archive.org handles such things. Anyone? Hell, I'd chip in $10 or $20 to hear an attorney's response in a videoconference.
