Hi Magda, To avoid the blotchy artifacts you are seeing in your encoded video, you need to increase the "date rate" when encoding your videos. This will make the file larger (more megabytes), but will look much sharper.
I believe the data rate that Freevlog recommends is 60 kbits per second. That's pretty low. Scratchvideo uses around 350 kbits per second! I like to encode my videos around 800 kbits per second. Try a range and see what looks good enough for you.
