Do'nt get me wrong. I use the same technique (I replace <a href=""> with an embedded video using javascript). Just pointing out it's not valid. Sadly I think some browsers require the <embed> when it comes to embedded video, so flash satay might not work with video unless you're only aiming for the IE demographic...
