Not sure of what you are using to edit so this is just an idea: If you use AVI, QT or WMV you can use a program like SwishVideo http://www.swishzone.com/index.php?area=products&product=video

The open SV and save as a flash .swf The advantage to this is that you could join the two movies in their native formats and then export the whole thing out to a .swf If you have a flash movie(s) already then QT will let you combine them.
