Generally speaking I'm the same as Josh Kinberg: 3 mins/ 25 MB.

But it depends on a lot of factors. If there is a good text description of  
the video I'm more likely to watch, if I don't know what I'll be watching  
my patience with the piece is very low. Often I don't click through at all  
because the payoff is not obvious.

For anything longer than 3 mins that also look really really good I'll  
download and watch later. That usually mean "sit on my desktop for a week  
or two before watching". Then you and I lose out on the great things about  
videoblogging (feedback, networked communication) because I switch from  
viewing it as a blog to viewing it as I would a tv program.
