Dunno about Flash.
Opening links automatically have never been good style. It's why pop-up  
blockers are so well-liked.

Links in Quicktime have been discussed countless times on this list. You  
can use the linkubator and modify the output to your needs (just open the  
mov from linkubator in any text editor). <URL:

There's a drag and drop option in eZedia. The free demo version will  
handle your links fine. There was a long long discussion on using the free  
version a while back on the list with step-by-step guides.
