Actually @ the current bid of $14,999 the CPM is about $23.

If I were RB, I'd hold quarterly or semi-annual auctions for adspace.  That auction would be like sweeps for TV.  It would set the price for the cost of doing business on RB for the next six months or whatever.

Currently the price for an ad is $15/thousand viewers or CPM in ad industry lingo.  And they've said that price is too low, the reserve has not been met.

Let's say the winning bidder get sthe ad space at $50 CPM, or $50,000 to advertise for an entire week and get one million unique viewers.

RB can then take that and say use that $50 CPM as their baseline.  If someone wants to put up an ad for a single day it's $10k.  A Week?  $50k!  A Month -- $175K (give em a break for buying in bulk).  Done and done.
