Having no trouble in Windows XP, QT 7-- awesome jam, by the way. Do your Windows IE users have the latest version of QuickTime? If they didn't upgrade recently, they won't have proper H.264 support. The beta version of QT 7 for Windows had H.264 support but it was extremely buggy and not worth the trouble. The export-to-iPod setting uses H.264, so you're pretty much stuck with it if you want to have both in one feed.
