Hey David, We can suppport quite a few concurrent viewers for a 20mb viewer :)
Our infrastructure includes two collocation facilities in New York City (we'll soon be adding a third in California) with excellent, burstable bandwidth. In terms of servers, we have about a dozen of them, including a nice big two terabyte RAID array we use to store videos. We're always working to improve our infrastructure, and have recently added some new software to help us distribute load among our different sites. We're also working now to beef up our bandwidth purchases even further to cope with our growth -- which is great.
