I hate to be the one to say it, but shaving yourself provides only minimal value to the people giving you money. I've seen shave-a-thons in the past, but ALWAYS they were fundraisers for charitable organizations (usually cancer orgs, as a solidarity with chemotherapy patients), not fundraisers for "I want a new luxury tech item." Certainly, I wouldn't perceive someone shaving themselves to be such a thrill that it gave me enough value-add to donate more than a dollar, and to be honest, probably not even that when it's so clearly a greed-motivated action. When it's done for a charity, the value-add is that the money actually benefits an organization doing something good for humanity.

Vlogging isn't as essential as breathing. I would suggest anyone who truly thinks that has never had an asthma attack. Have some perspective, plese.

What's more, you don't need a video camera to vlog. You also don't need a high-end or expensive camera. Why don't you try working within your limitations for a while and see if you can get more creative when you're limited to an old, used camcorder or a webcam-only video, or stills, or animation, or screencasting? Or think of ways to provide something of value that people would be willing to pay for?

That said, I would pay for Carrot-Top to shave his head; Carrot-Top's hair is legendary. Do you have famous hair?

As you all know, vlogging is as essential as breathing and right now, I have no camera since my current one has been having some critical problems. I've recently saved up over $300 and my parents were originally going to chip in another $200 but they failed to fulfill their end of the bargain because of a tight financial situation were in right now so yeah. Michael and Josh suggested that I shave certain body parts depending on how much people donate these next 30 days so I can ultimately buy a new camera.
