I agree with this... yet I also think there are some cases where "bubbling up" is important.
But you are correct that "bubbling up" doesn't satisfy the needs of the individual and their immediate social circle. It doesn't help people share their lives through video. I feel this aspect is being lost.... we need more good examples. Maybe that has to do with my own aesthetic concerns though.
