FWIW, I have so much trouble (and disinterest) in defining what I'm doing that there is video all over my site, and not just in the "Vlog" section. Some bits I place where they illustrate points made in text on the page, some are slices of life with no particular relevance to anything except the date on which they were filmed. I've got several videos repeated in different parts of my site now because they are relevant to things going on in several places.
By and large, I don't bother my pretty little head about what to CALL it - I just do it.
