Nope. OM would not kick back a video because you chose to put a traditional copyright on it. Just to be clear for people who didn't get the joke. Also, OurMedia was set up rather quickly....and then has been running since then. Its certainly isn't perfect. those of us involved know more bugs than you can imagine. Amazingly to me, we still get plenty of media sent through the system. The good news is that we are quietly working on a redesign. The original purpose was to provide people with free space to host their media. but now there are more and more free hosting services around. Now its more about teaching people about storytelling...and connecting them with original media they wouldn't find otherwise. I don't find VideoBomb-like sites useful because it pushes up video that is already popular. mainly commercials. Deirdre's suggestions are spot on. we need OM to be easier and clearer.
