I agree to some degree, I think it depends on if Myspace evloves or not, in it's current form you will outgrow it.......but if grows and becomes a "true" social networking site then who knows......personaly I doubt it will evlove but......
I can't speak to Facebook but personaly I would like to have a site where you "feel" apart of a bigger community. I have a cirle of friends here where I live but when I go to shows (Comic Conventions, Wizard World, Dragon Con) I connect with a whole other sect of people who are "into" the same things I am and it's fun.
