The haven't been able to play with the device again, but maybe I will today.  I haven't yet watched any videos on it, but the screen seemed nice and bright...I understand it's a much brighter image than the one the iPod displays, but I can't confirm that, having not iPod to measure it against.
 
I read somewhere that the Vision:M also handles 30 frames-per-second video; doesn't the iPod only do 15?  You may want to confirm that elsewhere, though, since I could be wrong about that...
 
I'll let you know more once I get my hands on the device again,

creative isn't supporting quicktime?  "curse you, red
baron!!"

i suppose it's obvious now that it's been pointed out,
but still... that's freaking irritating.  i need to
replace my nomad soon and this makes the decision more
complicated... how do you like that vision:m in terms
of form factor and usability?  i've always been a
creative supporter, but i was super tempted by the
shiny shiny video ipod i played with recently...
