[videoblogging] itms vs. pcast protocols/urls

Hello,(I'm not really an iTunes person, but....)I've noticed that you can do a one-click subscribe with iTunes using either the "itms" protocol or the "pcast" protocol.  My question is, what's the difference between these?  They both seem to do exactly the same thing.  
I.e., both of the following URL seem to do the same:itms://example.com/feedpcast://example.com/feedIs one preferred over the over?Thanks!See ya
