Yeah, I think that's one of the big problems (from a vlogger's point-of-view) with alot of these free services is lock-in.  Once you start using it, you can't leave it; not without alot of pain.  (In this case... the "pain" is loosing your subscribers.)

Things like Blogger and FeedBurner... while both great services still lock you in so you can't leave without alot of pain.  (Even some of the paid-for services are that way too.)

(Of course, from their point-of-view, there may not be any incentive to have these things free unless they can keep you there.  So, just to say it explicitly, I am NOT trying to say that they are bad in any way.  This is more of an opt-ed.   Just so people know what they are getting into.)

For a vlogger, it would probably be better to just use own domain right away.
