As I scoured through the sites I was lead to: http://creativecommons.org/audio/ Which has a bunch of links, a couple I think deserve a special mention as they were not specifically mentioned in the posts. They use tags which certainly made my navigation a whole lot easier, and tended to centred in Europe. http://www.jamendo.com/ http://www.opsound.org/ This site doesn't have tags but the navigation was still clear and simple. http://www.electrobel.be/muzik/ Apologies if this info has been posted beforehand!
