We have a version of Josh Kinberg's pop-up maker at Freevlog, http://freevlog.org/popup that's been updated to use external _javascript_ to embed the quicktime and windows media files. So if you use this you won't get that dialog asking you to click to activate activex. There is a video all about it there too.
