What settings are you changing? I went to internet options > security > custom level - and changed all the active x stuff - and still get the error. If you look at the source code on Nathan's page he's using object and embed tags.

That's the kind of code that will produce the ActiveX pop-up thing. That's what the popup maker and vPIP plug-in address.
